The New Braunfels Lions Club celebrated its Annual 1st Responder Day on August 15th. They presented the 100 Club of Comal County with a $3000 check. They also recognized Comal County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Carl Heintz, New Braunfels Police Department Officer Andrew Kempker, and New Braunfels Fire Department/EMS Engineer Jorge Alonso with awards for outstanding service.
